David Tolemy
David Tolemy is without a doubt, the next Peter O'Toole. This is no hyperbole. His approach to the role of Felix is perfectly on the money. When asked why a fresh face, I must first point that that the character is an evolutionary step beyond human beings, and then I must refer to John Ford having to fight to cast a new actor in Stage Coach, who was, of course, John Wayne.
We are pleased beyond measure to have signed David to play the lead role of Felix. It is a demanding role, and so David's excellent training of his truly considerable talent, and his bright, creative mind guarantees that Felix will be brought to life with depth and heart. |

Steven Vilendrer
The role equally important to Felix is that of his friend Will, and we have found the perfect actor to also bring him to life. Steven is a highly intelligent, brilliant actor with deep insight into characters, and blessed with an on screen presence that will appeal to both women and men.
Steve was born March 12, 1983 in Minneapolis, Minnesota and graduated from Eden Prairie High School in 2002 in the top of his class. He was the only student in his nine hundred member class to be selected as a “Governor’s Scholar”, a “Triple-A honor student” (Arts, Athletics, and Academics), and Homecoming King. He played both varsity track (short-distance) and football (wide receiver; defensive back), and helped lead his team to a state victory in 2001. He found time to be part of a jazz musical group.
Steve also proved to be a gifted thespian, a passion he first discovered in his middle school performance "Krazy Kamp". He proved himself a dedicated perfectionist when he organized extra, late-night rehearsals with director Rolf Olson to fine tune his acting performances. Most noteworthy of his roles are John Proctor in "The Crucible", and Sky Masterson in "Guys & Dolls". |

Dave and Steve
Without question, all the film and television series with the longest hold on viewers and fans, have in common the element of powerful friendships between the characters that are sincere and engaging. Consider "Star Trek", "Gun Smoke", "Mash", "Will and Grace" or "The Bill Cosby Show."
Dave and Steve have a natural on-screen chemistry and are real friends in real life. They have performed in theater together, and share the same solid, work ethic. It's great fun to watch them perform playful scenes, and totally riveting when they perform eye to eye dramatic scenes with one another.
Together they have a synergy born of mutual committment to perfection which brings out the best performances in one another. This is an acting partnership of phenomenal talents, the likes of which has not been seen since Matt Damon and Ben Affleck, or Katherine Hepburn and Spencer Tracy. This age belongs to Steve and Dave, and we are all fortunate to see it happen in our time. |
